Shipping & Returns

Ordering from a brand you're discovering for the first time should feel safe. Here's how we make sure it does.

Free shipping, and 30 days to be sure

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, and you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide it's right. If it isn't, returns are simple and the label is on us.

Getting your order to you

We ship from San Diego and process orders within 1–2 business days. Once yours is on its way, you'll get an email with tracking so you can follow it. U.S. delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, with expedited options available at checkout. We ship internationally as well, with rates calculated at checkout — any import duties or taxes are set by your country's customs, not by us, so they may be collected on delivery.

If you'd like to return something

For U.S. orders, start your return from your account or by emailing us, and once it's approved we'll send a prepaid shipping label. Pieces should come back unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. As soon as we've received and checked your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Only items marked final sale can't be returned — a piece bought at a discount still can. (International returns work a little differently — the full details are below.)

If something isn't right

If your order arrives damaged or it's not what you ordered, email us at contact@cocopina.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

If your package hasn't arrived

Once an order leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands — but you're never on your own getting it sorted. If your tracking says delivered and the package isn't there, a few things usually resolve it:

  • Check around your delivery area — porches, mailboxes, side doors, and with neighbors or a building manager. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a day before it actually arrives, so it's worth waiting 24 hours.
  • Confirm the address on your order is correct.
  • For USPS orders, you can file a missing mail search request directly with USPS at missingmail.usps.com, or a claim for a lost insured package at usps.com/help/claims.
  • Still no luck? Email us at contact@cocopina.com with your order number and we'll help you open a trace with the carrier and stay with it until there's an answer.

While we can't control what happens in transit, we'll always do what we can to help you track down a missing order and make it right.
