Returns & Exchanges
Every Cocopiña piece is made to feel right from the moment you put it on. If something isn't, we want to make it easy to sort out.
Domestic Returns (U.S.)
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition it arrived — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without their original tags and packaging cannot be accepted.
To start a return, visit your account at cocopina.com/account or reach us at contact@cocopina.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label along with simple instructions. Please don't send anything back before requesting a return — we won't be able to accept it.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at contact@cocopina.com and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the piece you want is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is approved. If you need help deciding, we're always available at contact@cocopina.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If it has, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little additional time to post it on their end. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please reach out at contact@cocopina.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing a justification.
The same return conditions apply: your item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate your return, please contact us at contact@cocopina.com.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the U.S. (and outside the EU cooling-off period above), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We're not able to provide prepaid labels for international returns. If you have questions about the process, we're happy to help at contact@cocopina.com.
